Optiqra is a Malaysian-owned freight forwarder with senior operations in every lane.
Founded in 2014 by three logistics veterans from the Klang Valley, we built Optiqra around a simple promise: every consignment is owned by one operator, from quote to PoD. No relay, no untraceable hand-offs.

How fast can I get a quote, and what do you need from me?
Median turnaround for a full lane quote in 2025 is 23 minutes. Send us the origin and destination postcodes, cargo dimensions and weight, Incoterm, and the latest date you need it landed. For repeat lanes we keep your rate cards on file and respond in under 10 minutes.
Do you handle customs clearance in-house?
Yes. We hold customs agent licences under the Royal Malaysian Customs Department and employ twelve licensed agents across Port Klang, KLIA and Pasir Gudang. K1, K2, K8 and K9 declarations, FTA preference filings and bonded transfers are all done by our team — never sub-contracted.
What insurance cover comes with my shipment?
Every booking includes basic carrier liability. For declared CIF value above MYR 50,000, or for fragile and high-value cargo, we recommend adding all-risk cargo insurance underwritten by Allianz Malaysia Berhad — typically 0.18–0.32% of the declared value, quoted with your shipment.
Can you integrate with our ERP or WMS?
Yes. We offer pre-built connectors for SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and Shopify Plus. For custom stacks we expose a REST API with shipment events, tracking milestones and invoice payloads — your team can be live within ten working days.
What's the minimum volume I need to work with you?
There isn't one. Our smallest active account does eight LCL shipments a year; our largest does 1,400 FCL containers a month. We charge per shipment, not per retainer, so you pay for what you move.
How do you handle delays or exceptions?
Every shipment has a named operator and a backup. Exceptions trigger a WhatsApp alert within 15 minutes and a written incident report within four working hours, including root cause, action taken and an updated ETA. Recovery options (re-routing, expedited swap, partial release) are presented before you have to ask.
Do you operate outside Malaysia?
Our HQ and assets are in Malaysia. We move cargo to and from 118 countries via partner networks vetted to our service standards. Two regional offices in Singapore and Ho Chi Minh handle ASEAN coordination.
