One owner per shipment
Every booking has a named operator and a named backup. You never have to explain the lane to a stranger when something needs a decision at 2am.
Three of Malaysia's most experienced logistics operators left global forwarders in 2014 to start something smaller, more accountable, and easier to call. Eleven years later, we still pick up the phone before the second ring.
We started in a 90 m² office above a coffee shop in Bangsar with seven clients we'd brought with us — most of whom are still on our books. The pitch was simple: keep the institutional knowledge of a global forwarder, drop the hand-offs and the long onboarding.
By 2019 we had outgrown four offices and opened our first bonded warehouse in Shah Alam. By 2023 we were ranked in the top 20 Malaysian freight forwarders by FMFF for on-time performance and we'd opened regional offices in Singapore and Ho Chi Minh.
What hasn't changed is the operating model: every shipment is owned by a named operator from quote to PoD, every exception is reported in writing within four hours, and every operator has at least eight years of forwarding experience before they manage their own book.

Accessorials are quoted up front. If a charge wasn't on the original quote, it doesn't appear on the invoice without a written change-of-scope.
Every exception, every workaround, every change of routing — recorded in the shipment file. Your incoming team in 18 months will read it like a maintenance log.
